This notice is made in accordance with articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereafter, EU Reg.) for those who have provided personal data by filling in the registration form on our website.
This notice is valid only for this website and not for any other websites consulted by the user through links provided on our website or other internet websites.

1. DATA CONTROLLER
In accordance with articles 4 and 24 of the EU Reg., the data controller is:

The list of those with access to the data may be requested from the data controller.

2. DATA COLLECTED
The personal data collected by this website, either independently or through third parties, includes, by way of example, cookies, usage data, email address, name and surname.

3. METHODS, PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING

The personal data is processed by IT or telematic tools, using organisational methods and logic strictly related to the indicated purposes.
The data will be processed on the basis of articles 6 and 9 of EU Reg. - legal basis of processing - in particular if at least one of the following conditions is met:
• Consent of the data subject,
• Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the data subject,
• Compliance with a legal requirement,
• Safeguard of legitimate interests.
Personal data are collected and processed to allow the owner to provide its services and for the following purposes: browsing statistics, contact with the user.
The data are processed only for institutional purposes by the writer, or relating to legal obligations, including the adoption of security measures.
The data may also be used for marketing and advertising purposes, subject to the consent of the data subject.

4. RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA
The personal data you provide may be communicated to recipients or categories of recipients in order to meet the purposes as in paragraph 3 above. Such recipients or categories of recipients will process the data in their capacity as data processors or data controllers.
In particular, within the limits strictly related to the obligations, tasks and purposes referred to above and in compliance with relative legislation in force, personal data may be communicated to:

5. DATA TRANSFER TO A THIRD COUNTRY AND/OR AN INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATION
The personal data provided by you and processed or intended to be processed after the transfer, will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.

6. PERIOD AND CRITERIA OF CONSERVATION
In compliance with the provisions of article 13, (2) (a) of EU Regulation 2016/679, the personal data you provide will be kept in a form that allows the identification of those concerned for a period of time not exceeding the accomplishment of the purposes for which the personal data were obtained and processed and will eventually be destroyed.

7. THE RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
The data subject may at any time exercise the rights reserved to him/her, as set out in Articles 15 and following of EU Reg. 2016/679. In particular, the data subject has the right to ask the data controller for the correction or cancellation of his or her personal data or the limitation of their use or to oppose their processing, in addition to the right to the portability of the data, to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him or her, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form. Where processing is based on Article 6 (1) (a) or Article 9 (2) (a), the data subject shall have the right to withdraw consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on the consent given prior to the withdrawal. The data subject shall have the right to obtain: updating, correction or, where relevant, completion of the data; cancellation, anonymisation or blocking of data that have been unlawfully processed, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed.
The data subject also has the right to object at any time, for reasons related to his or her particular situation, to the processing of his or her personal data, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection, and to the processing of his or her personal data for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

In compliance with the provisions of Art. 15 (f) of the above mentioned EU Regulation, the data subject has the right to make a complaint to the guarantor for the protection of personal data.
According to the provisions of Art. 20 of the same EU Regulation, in the event of a request for data portability, the data controller will provide the requested data in a structured, commonly used format readable by automatic device.
